Return Policy


 Our primary goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. 

If, nevertheless, any of our customers wishes to change or return a product, they have the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. 

Product exchanges are made with any product of equal or greater value. Additionally, it is also possible to change with any product of our online store whether that is from the women’s or men’s department.

When returning more than one products from the same order please send them at the same time. 



Exchanges and returns are ONLY accepted within the frame of 14 calendar days of their reception. The products must be in excellent condition, unopened from their original packaging, not used, unworn, unmodified and undamaged. The identification tag together with all the designer’s labels must be attached to the product, together with all the documents that accompanied it (eg Retail Sales Receipt – T.D.A. etc.). 

The customer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality. 

Therefore, you must take care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, any other documents that may have accompanied the products and their other accessories. 

In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery. 

If all the above conditions are met, our store is obliged to replace the product with any other item the customer wishes. 

In case the customer wishes to exchange the product for one of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. 

Product returns are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at the store by the partner courier.

If you replace the product you are returning with another product, you are responsible for the shipping costs. 

The courier & delivery companies we work with are ACS COURIER and COURIER CENTER, while the transport costs for any product change will be calculated based on the current pricing of the courier company. 


Products that have been damaged upon delivery or that show a manufacturing fault within one (1) month from the date of purchase are classified as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. 

 All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other item. 

If you believe that the product you ordered does not, at the time of delivery, comply with the terms of the contract, or that it carries some sort of defect, you must contact us immediately, describing in detail the product and its defect, and we will provide you with instructions on further actions. 

You can return a product by handing it over to the courier company that we will send to your residence. You must return the product alongside its receipt from when the product was delivered. 

When returning and reshipping defective products, the customer does not bear any shipping costs. 

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer. 

We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable amount of time if you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced with another product. 


The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
