- Delivery ways and times
Dates and times of deliveries:
Orders scheduled for Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All other Greek cities as well as all foreign orders will depend on the delivery times of the respective courier company. All orders shipping to Athens can be delivered on Saturdays (if requested in the comments section of the order).
Product delivery time:
Subject to the terms of use and transactions, orders completed by 12:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday scheduled to be sent to the Attica region, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities will require two (2) working days to be delivered. The rest of Greece and Cyprus will require within three (3) working days. Secluded areas of Greece will require seven (7) working days. Finally, all foreign destinations will require ten (10) working days.
In case your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30 pm, the delivery time increases by one (1) working day, according to the above.
All deadlines mentioned above do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions, during strikes or in any case of force majeure which may affect transport and delivery times. If such case arises www.magiccompanyoriginal.com cooperates with specific courier and transport companies to have your products delivered.
2. Delivery delays
Our Company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of your products; however, we reserve the right that the delivery of your products may be delayed in the event of the following:
(a) the product you ordered is delayed in being sent by our supplier, resulting in us not having it available when we estimate.
(b) the product you ordered has been discontinued and therefore it is not available.
(c) there is an event of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event outside from our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
If any of these cases arise, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed. You will be able to receive your package on time excluding the product that is delayed or out of stock or receive advice about a potential product alternative. You also have the choice to be informed about the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In the event that you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in whole and to be refunded any money you have paid. Shipping costs
All domestic and foreign orders over 2.000 euros are FREE. For orders under 2.000 euros, both domestic and foreign, the shipping costs are 15 euros. The courier companies we work with are ACS COURIER and COURIER CENTER, two of the largest distribution networks in Greece. In the rare event that the area you live in is not covered by the network of the above courier companies, our company will send you your order in an alternative way.
